After having got off Kumano Kodo Street Nisaka-toge Pass, it is course that borrows rent-a-bicycle, and goes around around scenic spot of Kihoku-cho.
There is a lot of highlight including scenery of Ryoshimachi leaving unique scenery of Rias coast line and traditional nostalgia.

Kumano Kodo Street, Nisaka-toge Pass
It is a 45-minute walk from JR Umegatani Station. (if reference is JR, we arrive by local train at 10:50.)
It is characteristic in Kumano Kodo Street that there are unusually many natural forests and can enjoy seasonal change. On azalea blooms in spring, and tunnel of flower appears. As it is gap only for descent, we can walk relatively easily.

It is the garden lantern production spot of three major festival "garden lantern festivals" of Kihoku-cho. Each display and garden lantern is kept. We can borrow rent-a-bicycle here. (Manbo has rent-a-bicycle, but recommends that we have you borrow returning in JR here as it is necessary to go to there to return. (closed days: on Monday)

Open space of wind
It is open space due to hand of Seiji Kunishima of international sculptor and garden designer Mamoru Kasuya representing Japan.
Sculpture made of black granite stone and bronze is installed and can feel modern art.

Of Nagashima Shinto shrine which is said to be age of a tree 1,000 years in the whole area felt to be have dark color atmosphere of Ryoshimachi there are "gathering place former maruhi dining rooms of waiting fish" very much Kusu and rest station of walk.

It is return of rent-a-bicycle. Please return by 17:00. It is a 1-minute walk from man mud to station.
